Antique Christmas...

I recently visited my Aunt. You would love her! She loves antiques, decorating, cooking, etc. Her house is full of antiques. I took pictures of every inch of her house. Don't worry...I'm only sharing a few pictures this post.

She loves to accessorize...

I love this little bench with the adorable teddy bear.

Dining room...

You can find antique furniture through out her entire home.

Including antique pictures...

Her front porch was also decorated for Christmas...

My beautiful Aunt...

I wondered where I got my accessorizing gene from. I will show the rest of her house in my next post. She has tons of wonderful collections.

Of course, I'm getting my Christmas decorations out. I will share when they are just right...promise.

Brandee, I love your aunt's home. It is so sweet and cozy. I'll bet it smells like Christmas there, too. And I love the fact that your aunt is wearing a shirt with the word chocolate. I think she would be my favorite aunt. :)
Looking forward to seeing your Christmas pretties.

OMG!!! I LOVE your aunts desserts, I mean antiques. LOL!!!! No seriously her house is adorable. And that tree, OMG! That tree is fantastical!!!!! Can't wait to see the rest of it!

OH BTW, I had to buy groceries, that's why my drawing was late. Sorry! I'm usually more punctual. LOL!

I really like her mantle!

She has done a good job with balancing the amount she accessorizes with. She doesn't go too nuts.

I also like her chinese checkers.

I am eager to see your tree. When I turn off my flash the lights look great but the pic is blurry. When I turn the flash on the lights are dull but the pic is clear. Frustrating.

The one thing that really stood out to me was the tiny violin and the case - I wonder where she got it? I love miniature things like that. Thanks so much for sharing with us!

Brandee,

How sweet of your aunt to share her home with all of us bloggers. She is a very attractive lady and I have to agree with Nikki, looks like a fancy boutique.

I would LOVE one of those "skinny" trees or maybe a couple of them. Some day.

Cheri

PS- Thanks for the comment on my blog. I still have Maggie

Wow, she's a decorating diva! I've been looking all over for your little pumpkin. I think I'm a follower, but couldn't remember the name of your blog for the life of me. Was trying to see if you were the one that hosted the Dr. Seuss baby shower. Hmmm...think I'll take a look! P.S. That little pooped out teddy bear was too sweet!

That house is something to aspire to. But trying to keep it all dusted would be more than I could handle.

I love that tall skinny tree! (Actually I love everything - your aunt's got *great* style - but I've been looking for a tall skinny tree so that immediately caught my eye!).
