The Halls are Decked....

Let's begin at the front door...

I purchased a simpler wreath this year for the front door....

Front Entryway....

I really tried to keep decorating simple this year.

I found this garland at Target last year for half off.

I added more berries and pine cones to make is fuller....

This is one of my favorite Santa's....

He has so many cute details...I must point them out.

I changed out my Fall pic's to Christmas pictures.

Formal living room....

Oh, she just had to be in the picture. Look at her beautiful green eyes...she's so pretty.

And if she doesn't keep her darn paws off my Christmas tree, she will be an outside cat.

Here is my tree topper.

I just wired him up there.

I must show off a few of my favorite ornaments....

Dining room....

You'll notice I'm missing a charger at one end of the table. I decided to keep my table extended after Thanksgiving. All I needed was one more charger. I had everything else. Well Walmart stopped selling them. I spent a day going from one Walmart to the next....nothing. Words cannot express the disappointment.

This little reindeer is one of my favorite Christmas decorations.

I placed him in the center of the table this year.

I used pine cones that my kids collected for me and garland underneath.

The kitchen did get a few Christmas decorations...

From the kitchen to the family room is one of my favorite views...

This year I added a small Christmas tree to the family room...

I purchased a skinny tree for the kids this year. I LOVE it. Takes up less room.

I used red and white lights...

I just had to make one of these ornament wreaths that I've seen around blogland.

Directions here.

And the kids Santa...
(which, in short means all the other Santa's are mine)

Next week is finals and then I'm on break for about 6 weeks. Just enough time to catch up with work. Did I mention I also work in addition to going to school? Anyhoo, see ya soon. :-)

Will you come to my house? I am a few cards short of a full deck. :)

Lovely.

Oh sweetie...
You truly are all decked out, to the hilt at that. What was that you said about decorating simply. You have hit almost every nook and cranny in your house.

The Santa on entry is my favorite. My grand daughter plays the violin, I will continue looking at Santas for one with a violin. I love it. He is very detailed.

I also love the one at the top of the stairs with the kids tree. He too is so very festive. I love it.

I love you red and silver Christmas decoration hanging in front of the mirror. I will have to check those instructions out. It is truly beautiful.

And to think you work, and have finals. Sweetie, I am so impressed. If you can manage all this, then your finals are going to be a breeze. Keep us posted on them.

Stop by and say hi. I so love the company.

Country hugs sweetie...Sherry

I LOVE what you have done and it seems like most blogs that I see are going minimal this year or simplistic (sounds better). Wish you were here to help me with my house.

MERRY CHRISTMAS! Enjoy your time off from school and good luck with your finals.

Hi Brandie...first of all, thank you for the beautiful Christmas card. Girl, that picture of you makes you look like one of the kids!
Your home looks wonderful. I love the Santa with the Pocket watch...that is way cute. But all your decorations are gorgeous!
Good luck on the finals.

Brandee...I don't know if they are exact, but Pier One has square wicker chargers. You might be able to buy 2 of those and make it work...just a thought!

Hi Brandee:
I was having trouble loading your blog and tonight it finally opened for me.
I don't think you are decorating simple...looks pretty amazing to me. I love all your santas.
And you take the time to change out the kids pictures. Where do you find the time to do that?
Love your home. I had to laugh at the cat comment.
Merry Christmas to you and your family.
