Welcoming Fall...any day now!!!

Yes, at this point I'm begging for Fall. Cooler weather to go with my cool decorations. I guess the word nowadays is sick....sick decorations. You must have a teen to know what "sick" means.

Anyhoo, I decorated my newly painted door with my Fall wreath. I kept the decorations simple since I'll be decorating for Halloween exactly a week from Wednesday.

I finally finished my dining room. I must warn you P.O.O.P.I.E members that my house has numerous poopie violations. I'm not a member of poopie, nor could I ever be a member. I love faux flowers and plants. It's never going to change!

In fact, I didn't join the poopie party post for fear of poopie post participants picketing outside my door.

I realize this is a large centerpiece that will require walkie-talkies to speak to the person across from you but I needed something large under the large light. It's all about balance...right?

Since I follow the sheep I had to go to The Dollar Store to check out the decorations. Only mine was a 99 cent store. Look at these two pumpkins that I purchased. They actually say nice things on the other side, so I turned them around and added ribbon.

I honestly wasn't a hundred percent satisfied with this table. But since it will only be seen on Thanksgiving, I'm willing to let it be.

Another 99 cent find next to one of my favorite pictures.

I thought I would share my foyer table once more before the witches are added.

I sadly left this scarecrow out during my scarecrow post. Sorry cutie! He's actually quit tall. Almost as tall as my 6 year old.

Here are the fall decorations in the kitchen. You know what I love about this picture? It looks like I actually cook in the background. My MIL was visiting. We ate really good for almost two weeks.

Last but not least is my kitchen table centerpiece. I just added flowers to a pumpkin bowl.

I hung the lid next to it using a paperclip. This centerpiece was the perfect size so that you can see and talk to the person across from you.

Have a great week!

Hi Brandee,

Woohoo, I'm first. Okay, your decorations look so good. I love the front door, and your cute rod iron pumpkins on your table look awesome. I'm right there with you on joining the POOPIE party. I have way too many violations in my house, and I like them way too much to post them and then hear that they are bad. So I didn't venture into the party. That's okay, as long as we like them, who cares what others think.

Your fall decorations are gorgeous. I still have my summer ones out, time to get with it.

Everything looks wonderful...I saw your post over at Chris's and wanted to make sure you know that all the stuff comes from the Dollar Tree NOT Dollar store...two diff. stores. The Dollar stores suck. I love your wreath. You have great tastes girl...and I have a tween and sick is a sick word...cherry

I love your house. It's so pretty and looks so festively Fallish. I'm doing mine slowly and it's taking a while. And I'm with you on the POOPIE party. I just started using fake plants last year because our cat was eating my real plants and I discovered that I love fake plants. They're carefree and they always look nice. And I think people should decorate their homes the way they like it, not to please others tastes.

Brandee,
Your wreath is beautiful. I'm not a poopie either... and i never will be. I think I must of miffed some of the poopies!
Your home looks already for fall.
The cute wire pumpkins sure look cute and that is because they had a talented lady arranging the beautiful non poopie fauxfoliage.
Your home is beautiful!

I like! I like! Yes, it's soooo "sick"! :-) I'll be copying some of your ideas since I'm hosting Thanksgiving dinner for the family this year. I don't want to kill brain cells to get creative. Easier to copy. I don't know what the POOPIE party is but if they don't like faux florals then that's just---well, poopy :-)

We have so many of the same things. 99 cent store!! Everything looks so nice. I see the spice rack! I hope you have a great week too!

All I can say is WOW. You killed it. I was so happy to know that there are more ladies out there that are not POOPIE fans. I bought plants every week, like groceries, then finally gave in to silks. I love them. I dust them once a month and they're beautiful again. :)

Here you go again with all those fabulous decorations, I LOVE them. I wish you lived by me and could HELP me. Maybe this is your calling to decorate folks home for holidays. And that table you didn't like...it looks great.

I really felt that warm and cozy feeling looking at your pictures, now all I would need would be a hot drink, apple pie and great conversation.

Wonderful job! Can I just add that I am JEALOUS.

While in theory I claim to be a POOPIE, I do have un-poopie tendencies (did I ever in my life think that I would actually type that sentence and it would make perfect sense to hundreds?)

I LOVe your table centerpiece. Your walkie-talkie comment made me laugh!

As always, fabulous at the Berry Patch!

Hey Brandee,
You know this is my first ever blog comment.
Thanks for representing me so well. You failed to metion I was not raised in a barn.
I loved spending time canning with all of you and would do it again any time. It's good for me to get in touch with my farming roots. My grandmother would have been proud.
Anyway, thanks again your blog is so cute. Can it be cute? Is that ok?
Thanks, Millie
