There's No Place Like Home is hosting Show and Tell Friday. Yippee I get to show you my new blogging space. Well it's actually my working space but you know how much blogging will be goin' on here.
So here is the before picture. I was lacking work space, storage and leg space under the desk.
Here is the after picture. I was so excited when this desk and credenza went on sale for $300 for both pieces. I was skipping out to my car.
Oh, do you see something special sitting on my desk? That would be my Rusty tassel from my friend Susie Harris. Isn't he cute?
Also, here is an idea for all those TV cabinets that are now extinct. I've stocked mine with work supplies. I would show you inside but it's messy.
Thanks Kelli for letting me show and tell!

Your desk looks great! My hubby says I need my own desk. He is getting tired of trying to get to his...when I am blogging!!
What a great desk! looks like you are so organized!
Love the new look of your new desk. It's such a rich warm color. Looks mighty fine!
My show n tell is about my favorite author today. Hope you can find time to stop by! And there is a link left at the bottom -- for a gift for you.
Happy Friday.
Great show and tell...your space looks very organized and efficient and attractive.
We are still using our TV cabinet...but it will be extinct before long!
Oh Brandee your work/blogging space has gone from boring to elegant....wow it looks like a space in a design home now.
I am pretty sure you are keeping that part of your life a secret...really a big design star on one of the tv shows...lol
Anyway, it is absolutely BEAUTIFUL & the tassel just perfect!
$300! Wow, I guess I don't get out enough! What an amazing shopper and find that is, they're beautiful and make your space so different.
Have a wonderful Friday!
Kathi :)
That is such a great space. You did a great job!!! I wouldn't even think about showing my work/blog space.LOL
Blessings~~
What a great spot you have for your computer. The desk is beautiful. Everything looks great.
Love the new desk and credenza, it really is sharp looking. Nice find.
Great workspace! I think it's too funny how we are all repurposing those outdated tv armoires. Mine is in the GARAGE holding sports equipment! Crazy? Yes. Unthinkable? Welll, maybe 15 years ago!!!! :)
Your new work space looks wonderful. And what a great idea for a TV cabinet. I like any ideas for repurposing things I already have or things I can get at thrift stores or garage sales.
Have a wonderful weekend.
your new set-up looks so good!
(and we don't tell the DH that the big t.v. and armoire are out-of-date, lol :) but I think he's beginning to be a little suspicious :)
What a transformation! It looks great! Great idea for your tv cabinet too!
What a nice work space! It makes such a difference to be able to work where things can be situated the way you need them.
Looks great!...and a great deal too!...I too, would be embarrassed to show where my computer is....it sits on an old kitchen table, with lots of crap piled on top....
Very nice show and tell. Isn't it great to get a bargain on the items you really want.
Enjoy your weekend.
Where did you find a desk and cradenza for $300? I'm in the process of redecorating my office and was goint to buy some built ins, but it's getting a little prices, but $300 I can do.
Wow, I love this, you did such a great job. I would like to do something like this but not have to do all the work!
Beautiful.

I am so in love with that desk! It's perfect there. Oh, and you HAVE to show inside the armoire! That's what makes it fun (and makes us all feel normal--to see a mess.) Beautiful!
