Scariness...

No, I haven't fallen off the planet. I've been busy. I seriously don't know how the supermoms out there do it. Life is just too crazy sometimes. Between soccer practice, cub scouts and life in general, I hardly have time for myself. I'm just now catching up with housework and have finally taken some pictures of my Halloween decorations.

Meet Matilda...

This was Matilda's mother, until she turned her into a pumpkin.

They are placed happily on my front entryway table.

This is Bruce. He is happy I let him stay inside this year.

This picture is for Shaila at de Bergs. She loves clocks and I promised her I would post a picture of my Halloween clock. At every hour it makes scary, haunting sounds. It scares me almost every time.

Here is my cat from Cherry at Cherry's Jubilee. He sits on my entertainment center.

This little lady hangs out in the bathroom. The one that gets the most action.

My MIL used to buy us stuffed Halloween characters every year. They sit inside this basket by the front door.

And now for the REAL scary stuff....

This is me 4 wheeling last
weekend.

Feel free to enter this photo into the next America's Top Model contest. I'm sure it's a winner. ;-)

While 4 wheeling with my family my youngest found a tarantula. He was so excited. My father, who is a real outdoors man, caught it for
a photo and then let it back into the wild. Now, that is scary!

Last but not least...

Taking a picture of oneself in the mirror seems t
o be the blog thing lately.

Plus, I really don't want you to remember me by the 4 wheeling picture. Yucky!

Love the hair....looks good. Four wheeling is fun but oh so dirty. We have quads and motorcycles and I've learned to be dusty for a little while. We have so much fun. I tagged you for a meme on my blogsite....Connie

What a fun picture of yourself through the cobwebs!
And I adore the new clock below! I wish we had a Hobby Lobby nearby - Michaels just doesn't have half the cool home interior stuff!

So you've got another Connie fan. How fun. I agree, how do these Mommy's do it? Not sure because I'm obviously not one. (You should see my house.)

Glad your back and the spider...oh my, I don't think I would have gotten that close.

Love the "scary" decorations and I love Matilda's name, she is cute.

On another note...I did not know that tarantulas were so light, for some reason I thought they were dark brown or black???

I love the four wheelin' picture. You look like a renegade bandit or something. Though, you do clean up nicely. :)

As for the Halloween spooks, great job. We don't decorate for Halloween, so it's fun to see others. I love your little old ladies. They make me smile and I would jump every time your clock went off, too. Scary sounds are, well, scary.

Hey...You can fix your blog friends the way I have it...All you do is where you add a new friend to your blog friends...it has some different things to check...I change mine up here and there and now I have it checked as thumbnail of friend and that is how the pics come up if you have a pic in your blog that day..If you need help I will be glad to help anyway I can...I am learning slowly...

Of course I love ALL your haloween decorations especially Matilda :-) I think you are one of the most creative person I've encountered in Blogland with a really classy style. Entering your blog is like entering an upscale boutique store, with crafts beautifully and tastefully displayed. I love it. And I love that you included the 4-wheeling photo. It's awesome to see that side of you.

The spider. Aaaaaaaahhhhhh!!!!!! Not a big fan. Hate the crawly feeling on my arms!

Ooh, that's a good trailer! I cannot wait to see it, but I am still not convinced he is a good Edward. We will have to see. I noticed while watching, he has facial hair, I didn't think their hair grew, must have had it when he was changed. It will be interesting to see the criticisms that the movie gets, it will be very hard to match the book and please people. I'm sooo excited!
