Kids Tree...

Last year one of my best friends gave me this adorable snowman for Christmas. I loved his scarf so much that I went shopping for Christmas ornaments that matched.

I also bought a little of this...

A few strands of these...

A bundle of these...

Lots of these...

And one of these... (Actually, we already had her)

I let the kids go to work and viola! Their very own Christmas tree.

I thought I would help out and make a beautiful bow for the top.

But the kids protested (something about it looking girly) so they settled for these...

We used only red & white lights.

And placed it at the top of the stairs...

They also have their own Santa...watching their every move (so they think)

Hulk says HI!

Thank you all for helping me with my blog design. I've decided to go with Laura from Making A House a Home advice. She said to make a blog for each of the 9 pictures. You would visit all 9 blogs, right? I have a feeling some of you Rob Pattinson's fans would.

Beautiful tree! Your kids definitely got the creative genes from you! I wish I've done that, have my kids have their own tree. Sounds like such a great idea.

I love your snowfall on your lay out! Quite enchanting!

Oh, how I love the red and white idea. Got my brain going for next year's theme for the club house tree. Your boys did a wonderful job with the tree. I wish I could make a bow like you did, I am totally useless in that department.

Hugs,
Chris

Good Morning Miz Brandee,
What a darling tree! I love it! And those round fluffy things? That's a garland of some sort? How interesting those are, I will have to see if I can find some to get a closer look. Very cool.
Lucky kids...will you come do a tree for me? LOL

Very cute! My daughter has a tiny tree on her dresser. She decorated it herself, but since she is only 5, all of the ornaments are in a big clump. She is so proud of it. :)

I guess the bow was a little girly... but that's good, right? I wish I could make beautiful bows like that. What amazes me most is how coordinated your tree stuff was and how the boys were able to put their personal stamp on it. --Hulk is definately my fave. Am I a mother of boys? I'm sure they had a great time. I think the topper is quite effervescent! Berry, Berry cute, dolly!

Love the kids tree, how fun. I see you have snow falling too, was that from Darlene's blog that I read that???

We went minimal with decorations this year. Both girls are minimalists and they did my decorating. Hubby does the outside and even he became a minimalist. What;'s up with that?

The kid's tree turned out so cute, and a great idea to put it at the top of the stairs. I love the snowman your friend made you.
Your cat seemed to be having a great time. Too bad she isn't white, she would blend right in with your red and white theme.
Beautiful bow you made!!!
Oh, and I love the santa next to the tree.

It looks great! I like the red and white lights. And the Hulk.

YOU need an Edward ornament...will Hallmark make them? Will his eyes glow red? Will it play his lullabye for you?

Hi, Brandee! Your house is looking so festive and pretty. I see we have similar colors on our trees. I do all gold and burgandy on my big tree, which I'll post a little later. I love all of yours too! Have a very Merry Christmas.

Dang...you're kids tree is waaaay better than our main tree! I love the look of all the red and white. I bet it's even prettier in person. And I'm sure the kids are excited...I laughed that they thought the bow looked to girlie :)

Your tree is beautiful. I gave up on the kids tree this year, one tree is all I can handle. Those are some nice pictures you have of Edward, I think I have a slight crush on him too!

Hello...your "kids" tree looks 10 times better than my "adult" tree. You are so talented, you should hire yourself out. Have fun in NYC!
